Pat has lived in Florida for over 40 years. Jerilyn was born here. After graduating from Charlotte High School and successfully completing Culinary School training, Jerilyn decided to open an "On Premise Winery" with her mother.

We only carry premium grape juice from growers located throughout the world. We opened in November 2001 and have since been making wine with your neighbors from all over southwest Florida.

All you have to do is come in and select your grape juice, sprinkle in the yeast and then come back in about 6 to 8 weeks. On your return you will bottle your wine, cork it, shrink cap it and attach your label. We have an assortment of pre-designed labels or you could have your own customized label made for you.

There are many advantages to making your own wine; First, you will find that the quality of the wine will often surpass the wines you find in stores. Secondly, the cost of making you own wine is very inexpensive running as low as $99 for up to 30 bottles of wine ($3.30 per bottle). Also, we produce wine with low in sulfites. Sulfite is a preservative that can have terrible side effects, from headaches, to swelling and even heartburn. We use a very minuet amount of sulfites in the production of our wines.
