resident of Florida since 1991 and Punta Gorda since
2001, John is a Real Estate Broker and managing
Partner of Sun Coast Real Estate, LC located at 2529
Tamiami Trail in Punta Gorda.
John served as an Infantry Office and Aviator for 22
plus years in the U. S. Army, retiring in 1986 while
serving in the Federal Republic of Germany. After
a short stint as a Defense Contractor in Germany and
Washington DC, John & his family moved to Naples
where he started his own consulting firm and
ultimately built a growing Document Storage and
Electronic Retrieval business. John holds a
Bachelors and Masters Degree in Business Management
and Information Systems Management.
Sun Coast Real Estate, LC is
a full service brokerage offering Commercial &
Residential Sales and Services. Sun Coast has an
affiliation with Preferred Mortgage offering
financial services for investors and homebuyers.
Sun Coast opened for business in July of 2003,
rising quickly to one of the premier agencies in
Charlotte County.
